In December 2011, the Law Center and Hunting Park Stakeholders Group completed the transformation of a vacant lot, previously used for illegal dumping, into a community garden. After digging up dozens of trash bags’ worth of debris and weeds, we installed new fences and raised flower beds, and we planted a variety of plants.
