Pretrial Conference Held in Preparation for Trial on Permanent Injunction

A pretrial conference was held in June to prepare for the July trial on permanent injunction of Pennsylvania’s voter ID law.

This conference laid out the rules for the upcoming trial and also announced the transition to a new judge on the case: Bernard L. McGinley.
