Sarah Kang joined the Law Center in 2023 as a part-time staff attorney focused on environmental justice.

Prior to joining the Law Center, Ms. Kang was a litigation associate for Morgan Lewis and Skadden. She worked on general commercial and class action litigations and maintained a pro bono practice in immigration. Ms. Kang also served as a volunteer for the Law Center for more than two years, conducting legal research and analysis across all the practice groups, assisting with trial preparation, and providing legal writing training for summer interns.

Ms. Kang received her J.D. from Vanderbilt University Law School in 2007 and graduated cum laude with a B.S. in mathematics from the University of Maryland.
