The Law Center is pleased to welcome Carlos S. Montoya and Joseph W. “Chip” Marshall, III to our Board of Directors.

Mr. Montoya currently serves as Assistant General Counsel at ARAMARK Healthcare, and has also worked at Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP and clerked for the Honorable Gene E.K. Pratter. He is joining the Law Center’s Board after serving as an ex-officio member in his capacity as Vice President of the Hispanic Bar Association of Pennsylvania.

Mr. Marshall is currently the Vice Chairman of Stevens & Lee and Griffin Holdings Group LLC. He has previously served as Chairman and CEO of the Temple University Health System and in a number of government-appointed positions, including the U.S. Department of Health & Human Services’ Medicaid Commission and the Pennsylvania State Ethics Commission.
