Lisa Clark and Shannon McClure were elected to the board at its May meeting.

Lisa is a partner at Duane Morris LLP and practices in the area of healthcare law with a specific focus in health information technology issues and mobile health for hospitals, long-term care providers, physicians and other providers.

Shannon is a partner at Reed Smith LLP in the firm’s Commercial Litigation Group in the Philadelphia office with first-chair federal jury trial experience. She currently serves as a vice-chair of the Joint Conduct Committee of the American Bar Association’s Section of Antitrust Law.
