The Law Center strengthened its capacity by welcoming two new board members in March. At the March Board of Directors meeting, Kenneth Racowski, Of Counsel at Wilson Elser, was unanimously elected to the Board. Patricia Luczak, ex-officio member and associate at White & Williams LLP, was also welcomed to her first meeting as the 2014 representative from the Young Lawyers Division of the Philadelphia Bar Association.
Kenneth Racowski of Wilson Elser is a seasoned commercial litigator who focuses his practice on the resolution of complex business disputes. Prior to joining Wilson Elser, Ken spent nearly nine years at an AmLaw Top 15 global law firm handling bet-the-company litigation for Fortune 500 clients. Mr. Racowski has been recognized as a Pennsylvania Super Lawyer – Rising Star in 2013. He is a member of the University of Pennsylvania Law School American Inn of Court and has served as a Moot Court Judge for the Edwin R. Keedy Cup Competition.
Patti Luczak takes over for Jonea Price as the ex officio representative from the Young Lawyers Division. As an associate at White & Williams LLP she focuses her practice on medical malpractice litigation and general liability matters. She represents hospitals, physicians, nurses and other healthcare practitioners against professional liability claims at the trial and appellate court levels. Prior to attending law school, she worked as a paralegal in White & Williams’ healthcare group.
