Public Interest Law Center executive director Jennifer Clarke is presenting at the Pennsylvania Bar Institute’s 13th Annual Nonprofit Institute. She will be on the panel, “The Role of the Board of Directors and How They Should Avoid Managing the Organization,” to speak about relationships between boards of directors and executive directors.
