In response to Judge Baylson’s legal questions concerning systemic special education failures and legal remedies, the Law Center submitted a brief on June 11th arguing that the Chester-Upland School District has already made extraordinarily drastic cuts, and that to require them to cut their budget further would harm both regular and special education students.
Closing arguments in the case are currently scheduled for June 25th and will be held in Courtroom 3A of the U.S. District Court in Philadelphia.
