Just one day after the Commonwealth Court denied our motion for preliminary injunction, we have filed a Notice of Appeal.
Included in the Notice is a motion for an expedited schedule to ensure that the Supreme Court’s decision can be implemented before the November 6th election. We look forward to a prompt resolution of the appeal.
