On April 9, 2013, the Court granted our motion for enforcement in part and denied it in part. In partially granting the motion, the Court scheduled an evidentiary hearing for Wednesday, April 17th to hear testimony on the following issues:

• Manner in which the $9 million awarded to the School District for special education is currently being spent
• Review of IEP meeting schedules to ensure all students and parents receive these meetings prior to the end of the 2012-2013 school year
• Review of current practice during IEP meetings including ensuring parents are being given the appropriate counsel and description of their rights
