On October 3, 2012, the Law Center filed a RTK request to obtain documents that show what MCO subcontractors are paying dental providers because the information about the subcontractors was not known at the time of the initial request.

The MCOs and dental subcontractors have opposed the request and it is currently being briefed in the Pennsylvania Office of Open Records. This is a follow up request to the initial request for financial information about Medicaid payment rates for children’s dental services in the Philadelphia area.
