In March of 2013 the state’s legal team filed a brief requesting summary judgement in the case in which the state’s legal team argues that there is no evidence of fault or fraud for the court to dispute.
We filed a brief in opposition requesting that summary relief not be provided as there are still questions of material fact and disputes about evidence.
