Lea Knight has 19 years of professional experience in combining strategic financial expertise with business development, operations and P&L management. After beginning her career as a Manager at Arthur Andersen LLP, Ms. Knight became a leader in the finance departments of McNeil Consumer & Specialty Pharmaceuticals and McNeil Nutritionals LLC. In 2008, Ms. Knight joined Janssen Supply Group LLC, where she rose to become Director of Global Finance. Since June 2011, Ms. Knight has served as the Senior Finance Director at Johnson & Johnson.

Ms. Knight received a Bachelor of Science in Commerce from The McIntire School of Business at the University of Virginia, where she concentrated in Accounting. Ms. Knight also earned her MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. Ms. Knight is a Certified Public Accountant and is also active with the Montgomery PA Chapter of Jack & Jill of America
