Our lawsuit, which was filed in the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas, came after gardeners discovered that an unknown party placed a lock on the entrance to the fence surrounding their garden in January 2016. Philadelphia Catholic Worker and garden members were represented by us and co-counsel and Saul Ewing LLP.
