The U.S. Department of Education’s Office of Special Education Programs (OSEP) has found that Pennsylvania meets the requirements of Part B of the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act for fiscal year 2010. However, OSEP warned that while the allegations regarding Chester-Upland do not factor into this determination, the Office is aware of the case and it may be a factor in future determinations.
